Fondue Americana



My family has been making this for years and it so so dang good!!! Perfect for Fall/Football season.

1 pound ground beef or ground turkey (browned)
1 small can diced green chilies
1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
1 small can tomato sauce 6oz
chopped onions to taste

Add chilies and onions to meat. Dice cheese and add to meat mixture. Add tomato sauce and 1 can of water. Simmer 15-20 minutes to proper consistency. If too thin you can add more cheese or thicken with a small amount of thickening. Keep warm in crock pot. Serve with tortilla chips or bread.
