Saucy Chicken and Rice

Love this recipe! Ridiculously I mean ridiculously easy and so delicious. 

In slow cooker cover boneless skinless frozen chicken tenderloins with one can of enchilada sauce ( you choose mild, medium, or hot)

Cook on low for 4 hours

serve on bed of your choice of rice

Optional Toppings: cheese, olives, sour cream

And Voila! No flipping joke!
