Breakfast Casserole (Crock Pot Style)



I think I actually pefer this style over cooking it in the oven because you get it all done the night before and wake up to a warm delcious breakfast. Nothing wrong with that!

6-8 strips bacon (or sausage)
3 tablespoons onion flakes
pepper as desired
3 teaspoons garlic salt
1 2lb. bag frozen hashbrowns
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
12 eggs
1 cup milk

Cook meat (bacon, sausage or both!) Let cool. Then slice into small bite size pieces. Spray crock pot with non-stick cooking spray OR use crock pot liners! (love them!) Place 1/3 of hashbrowns on bottom of crock pot, then meat, then 1/3 of onion flakes, pepper, 1/3 of garlic salt, repeat until hasbrowns are all used. Then mix eggs and milk and pour on top of hashbrowns mix in crock pot. Top with shredded cheese. Cook on low heat for 8-10 hours and enjoy!
