Valentines Day - Bubbly Love Potion, Spicy Pasta, and Strawberry Fudge!

Bubbly Love Potion... Pink lemonade, raspberry sherbet, and Sprite.
This drink I love! So easy and so fun and perfect for Valentines Day! I altered it a tad because some things were cheaper than others at the store :) Here's what you need:
raspberry sherbet
sprite (or any lemon lime soda)
Strawberry Lemonade (The recipe called for Pink but we loved it with the strawberry)
Scoop some raspberry sherbet into a glass, pour half lemonade half sprite into the glass and voila!

Spicy yet delicious Chicken Pasta
First off if you don't like spicy just cut the red pepper flakes in half and don't add any at the end. Ben and I love spicy so it was perfect for us.

You need:
1/4 cup oil
1/2 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
6oz. chicken sliced or cubed
3/4 cup marinara sauce
1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
2 tsp. butter or margarine
1 lb. of your favorite pasta (I used bow tie) cooked according to package directions
optional, additional crushed red pepper for garnish

Heat oil to medium heat. Add red pepper, garlic, salt, and black pepper just enough to season the oil. BE CAREFUL! Don't let it burn or burn you! Then add chicken. Let it cook. Add marinara and Alfredo sauce. Let simmer. Turn off heat and stir in butter. Mix with your cooked pasta add a little red pepper for garnish and I of course garnished with fresh parmesan cheese as well.

Strawberry Fudge

When I think fudge I get scared. My dad makes amazing fudge but I have never tried it. So when I saw this thing on pinterest about strawberry fudge I got a little scared but then I found out it only has 2 ingredients! That's right! How simple can it get? It is wonderful! I've passed it out to family and gotten great reviews and Ben and I can't stop eating it.

What you need:
1 can of strawberry frosting
1 bag of white chocolate chips

Melt chocolate chips add to frosting in bowl. Mix together. Put on greased pan and refrigerate till set.
Enjoy!
