Easiest Meatloaf You Will Ever Make and Butterbeer Drink

I kid you not. Its delicious too (of course!) we topped it with BBQ sauce and had Au Gratin potatoes on the side. Oh and Butterbeer (for the Harry Potter fans) to drink.

Meatloaf

1 lb. thawed ground meat (I used turkey burger)
1 box of stuffing your choice of the flavor
1 egg
1 cup water

Mix together. 45 minutes 350 degrees. Enjoy!

This is before it was cooked.

Butterbeer

So I'm terrible and I didn't measure anything I just put vanilla ice cream, butterscotch syrup, and cream soda in a blender and voila!

Not my picture but I solemnly swear it looked just like this!

Rolo Cookies

www.sixsistersstuff.com is one of my favorite cooking blogs ever! I get a lot of recipes from them they are usually simple and easy and something my taste buds enjoy! Here is a new favorite cookie recipe I got from them.

Rolo Cookies

1 pkg. Rolo's
1 box Devil's Food Cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil

Mix cake mix, oil, and eggs. Take a small ball of dough and form a ball around the rolo. (only use enough dough to cover the rolo so it can spread through the cookie.)
Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 7-8 minutes. Yields about 3 dozen.

4 ingredients! Love it! You can also sprinkle cookies with a little powdered sugar for decoration.

Homemade Jello Fruit Roll Up

Easy, Delicious, and Fun to eat!

What you need:
1 3oz. pkg jello ( I used watermelon but I plan on trying other flavors)
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Directions:
Lightly spray a 8x8 or 9x9 pan with cooking spray and make sure it is well spread. Bring water to boil in microwave, about 1 minute. Stir in jello. Microwave another 45-60seconds to ensure that jello is dissolved. Add marshmallows. Microwave for 45 seconds. Use whisk to stir in marshmallows until completely dissolved. Creamy layer will float to the top. Pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate for 45 min or until well set. I just slid the jello onto a plate and enjoy! You could cut it up into small strips if you would like. If you don't serve immediately it needs to stay refrigerated.
